Stéphane Pichon founded the pan-European real estate and healthcare consulting firm in 2009. It is a career that began after many years in large American companies and investment banks. The experience lasted 22 years before Stéphane Pichon embarked on an entrepreneurial adventure with Your Care Consult, now a key player in the world of pan-European healthcare real estate consulting.
A graduate of Neoma Business School in 1990 and of the Wharton School with an MBA in 1997, Stéphane Pichon began his professional career in 1997 with the investment bank UBS. This was followed by several years of investment and consulting experience, notably at Lehman Brothers in 1997 and GE Heatlhcare in 1999. This last experience was a real springboard in Stéphane Pichon’s career, which allowed him to discover a new dimension of his profession, which is consulting in the health sector.
Innovative in his ideas, and having developed a real passion for healthcare real estate and a great expertise in the consulting business, Mr. Pichon decided to take up the challenge of entrepreneurship and to set up a French structure that would be in line with his values, his talents and his ambition. In 2009, Your Care Consult was founded in Paris, and to this day has advised on transactions worth a total of 6 billion euros in France, Germany and Italy.

- 4 years in investment banking (UBS, Lehman) – €11 Bn of investments and €5 Bn of public capital raising
- 3 years in medtech acquisitions (GE Healthcare) – €11 Bn of investments
- 5 years in healthcare real estate investment in Southern Europe (GE Healthcare Finance) – more than €6 Bn of opportunities analysed
